Our Holistic Fitness Story

Holistic Fitness was established as an intermediary between the fitness industry and the wellness industry. Having spent significant time in both fields it became evident that a bridge was needed to close the gap between the two. 

 

When holistic principles are applied to fitness methods it provides support in the areas of recovery, nutrition, flexibility, regeneration stress reduction and mindset. In a similar way when fitness principles are applied to wellness techniques it can improve energy, metabolism, strength, vigor and intensity.

From a high level college athlete to a now father of 3 toddlers the integration of fitness and wellness has become a vital tool for creating healthy lifestyle progression and increasing overall physical resilience and structural integrity.

Results-Based Fitness Coaching

My mission is to bring RESULTS, EDUCATION and INSPIRATION to each individual I work with, in a simple effective intense process. I believe to be successful in achieving your goals, you have to see through all the fads and go straight to the proven, core principles of fitness and health. Knowing that the way to get results is to focus on strategies that yield a high return and cut out the nonsense. My purpose is to help people like you gain confidence, appreciate yourself for what you can do and rediscover your life energy.
