With 2-3 training sessions per week and regular check-ins, you'll receive all the benefits of holistic fitness training at an affordable price.

Our holistic one-on-one coaching is perfect for those seeking a personalized approach to fitness, wellness, and nutrition. MONTHLY HOLISTIC PROGRAMS

Take advantage of our monthly holistic fitness training programs, which includes a 3x/week program for $499/month, a 2x/week program for $399/month, and a group program for $260-$380/month. All programs include individualized program design, emphasis on neuromuscular efficiency and joint mobility, OPT Model progression method, health and wellness education, nutritional coaching, yoga stretching and meditation techniques, and result tracking with goal setting.
